An intense first half of the season with Neuchâtel Xamax comes to an end. The overall verdict before the winter break is a thoroughly respectable one. After a furious start to the new season, a few weaker spells followed towards the end of the first quarter. The second quarter was then more consistent, and FC Neuchâtel Xamax goes into the break with 23 points in 4th place (last season 22/23: 10th place, ed.). Given last season, the lads can enjoy a peaceful Christmas period before picking up training again full of anticipation on 4 January 2024.
